01

Call for guidance and availability

A painful tooth, broken restoration or dental injury deserves attention. Tell the office what happened and when it started. Availability is confirmed by the team; we do not promise a same-day appointment or round-the-clock coverage.

02

An evaluation comes before a treatment decision

Different problems can feel similar. Your dentist will assess the concern and explain the available treatment options. If additional care is needed, the next steps can be discussed after that evaluation.

03

Use the right channel

The appointment form is for routine requests and is not monitored continuously. Call the office for an urgent dental concern. For trouble breathing or swallowing, severe facial swelling or another medical emergency, seek emergency medical care or call 911.

A few good questions.

Can I book an emergency appointment online?

Please call. An online request does not reserve a time and may not be read promptly enough for an urgent concern.

Are you open all night?

Our office hours are Monday–Thursday, 8:30 am–5 pm; Friday is by appointment only.

Will you know the treatment before examining me?

An examination is needed to understand the cause and recommend appropriate care.

Your next step starts with a conversation.

Cindy or Shay will help you find a time.
